We are happy to service your outside fill and convert you into our happy customer! The previous work must be of good quality, no sticky glue mess and you should still have 40% of lashes on. Sorry but no Volume or hybrid outside Fills. Another option is to schedule a Removal and Full set instead of a Fill. We promise you will be happy!

You can save time and money, begin with removal and a new set if you already know that your lash extensions were poorly applied.

Please schedule a removal if you feel discomfort, poking, can’t brush through lashes, feel burning for more than 2 days, or too much glue was used.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

Discontinue use of heavy creams, lotions, and Vaseline around the eye area 48 hrs prior to lash appointment

Arrive at the appointment without any makeup, No Mascara, No Eyeliner, and No creams or lotions around the eyes

Shower before arrival

Avoid receiving lash perm or tint within 48 hrs prior to application appointment

It is recommended to remove your contact lenses

Limit caffeine intake prior to application as it can make you impatient

During the application please silence your cell phone

Once the lash application starts, you’ll close your eyes, lay flat, and be still until the application is over

Discuss any allergies, sensitivities, or irritating eye treatments that you’ve had such as permanent makeup application, chemical peels, etc.

Cancelation Policy

Cancellations within 24 hours or no shows will be charged at full price. This is to cover the loss of earnings from that appointment that we now cannot fill at such short notice.

Rescheduled appointments within 24 hours will also have a charge added to the service price – this is again to cover loss of earnings from that appointment that was allocated to you.

Please arrive on time, as you have a designated time slot. Please schedule enough time for us to provide your treatment.

Refund policy

No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. You are paying for the lash stylists’ time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 72 hours to discuss your concerns and we will do what we can to address your concern with a special fix or complimentary fill within the same week.
